Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) apply to all barbering and grooming services provided by BarberBP (address: 1137 Budapest, Radnóti Miklós utca 15/B, Hungary; website: barberbp.hu).

By using our services or completing an appointment booking, the client accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Terms

Appointments are booked through the Salonic.hu online booking system. The booking process consists of the following steps:

• Selecting the preferred barber
• Choosing the type of service
• Selecting an available time slot
• Providing personal details (name, phone number, email address)
• Confirming the booking

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or SMS. BarberBP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in extraordinary circumstances (illness, force majeure), in which case the client will be notified immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. How to Cancel

• Cancellations can be made through the Salonic.hu system, by phone, or in person.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

3.2. Lateness

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, BarberBP reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In this case, the no-show policy applies.

4. Pricing

Our service prices are indicative and are determined based on the price list valid at the time of booking.

4.1. General Pricing Information

• All prices are quoted in Hungarian Forints (HUF).
• Prices include VAT.
• BarberBP reserves the right to change prices. Any changes will be communicated on the website and in the Salonic booking system.
• The current price list can be viewed in the booking system and at the shop.

4.2. Payment Methods

• Cash
• Bank card

5. Service Conditions

BarberBP services are available by prior appointment only. Walk-in clients may be accommodated subject to availability.

• The client is required to inform the barber of any circumstances (allergies, skin conditions, prior treatments) that may affect the service.
• BarberBP reserves the right to refuse service if the client's condition or behaviour warrants it.

6. Limitation of Liability

BarberBP makes every effort to ensure client satisfaction. However, liability is excluded in the following cases:

• Damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Unforeseen reactions due to the client's hair or skin condition.
• Dissatisfaction arising from a style requested by the client but not recommended by the barber.
• The result of a service is subject to subjective judgement, and no compensation claims can be made on this basis.

If the client experiences any discomfort during the service, please inform the barber immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

The entire content of the barberbp.hu website (text, images, graphics, logo, branding) is the intellectual property of BarberBP and is protected by copyright law.

• Copying, distributing, or using any part of the content is only permitted with the prior written consent of BarberBP.
• Photographs displayed on the website are the property of BarberBP and may not be used without permission.

8. Complaints

If a client wishes to file a complaint regarding a service, they may do so through the following channels:

• In person: 1137 Budapest, Radnóti Miklós utca 15/B
• By phone: At the phone number listed on the booking page
• In writing: Through the website

BarberBP will investigate complaints within 30 days of receipt and respond in writing.

If the complaint resolution is not satisfactory, the client may contact the conciliation body of their place of residence.

9. Privacy

For detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Personal data provided during booking is processed by BarberBP only to the extent and duration necessary for providing the service.

10. Final Provisions

BarberBP reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms & Conditions. Amendments will be published on the website and take effect on the date of publication.

Matters not covered by these T&C shall be governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and applicable Hungarian legislation.
